How Can Caleb Help Me Develop My Property?

Land can be developed for a variety of uses such as residential housing, commercial, industrial, retail, hotels and leisure. How Long Does It Take to Obtain Planning Consent?

This is a question we are often asked and it broadly depends on two things. Primarily, what is the planning policy of the local council in relation to the land’s designation for development and secondly, is the design of the new proposed development of excellent quality and in keeping with the local area.

Typically, securing a planning consent will take between 6 and 12 months depending on the complexity of the scheme. If the scheme is refused, then a second application addressing the refused conditions can be made free of charge.

How Much is My Property Worth?
