My experience offers diversification to the strengths of the Caleb team. With a background in human resources and office administration within a multi-national organisation, I progressed into sales administration in the British car industry.
A company re-location led me to a senior role in sales and training for the market leaders in domestic appliances and fitted kitchens. Fulfilling a life-long desire to move to the South Coast, I managed a marketing office for a leading defence systems company.
I was promoted into corporate relations with responsibilities for presentation of the company’s brand. With two young daughters, I decided to spend more time home with a more flexible approach, running the office of the family’s expanding building business.
This approach has been carried through to my time at Caleb where quality of life is a key part of our ethos. Working alongside Andy since 2006, my roles include day to day management of our properties utilised by the Chewton Glen Hotel for their staff accommodation and other tenants.
Our homes aim to offer a comfortable environment, for residents to enjoy their personal and relaxation time.
I also perform a ‘hands on’ role in the creation of our show homes, the last of which was for the development at Gardener Road, Christchurch. With the expectation of ongoing growth at Caleb, I now play a key part in managing our rental portfolio and block management business.
We pride ourselves in delivering a professional, personal and competitive service tailored to suit the needs of our clients. In my spare time, I am a keen road cyclist, which makes forand lead a busy social life with friends and family.
