Giving

Our ethos as a business is to put something back into the communities we live, work and play in. Our focus for this giving is youth, housing and overseas aid, which stem from our professional and personal interests.

As a result of a corporate event we held for clients, we ended up working with the Domino Appeal – who were raising funds for a local autistic school – to organize and participate in a sponsored cycle race from Trafalgar Square to Bournemouth Square. This involved many of our local clients and contacts in the property sector and raised over £20,000 in one day.

Having been involved in voluntary youth work for many years, we’re also keen to provide gifts to motivated young people seeking to expand their education through vocational courses or activities. This has included providing seed funding for a local school’s business enterprise scheme as well as one off gifts to individuals.

A love of travel has taken us to various parts of the world. In particular, we have a heart for Africa and its people. As a result of this we’ve been involved in housing and community projects for local people we met in Kenya and The Democratic Republic of Congo. We’ve also sponsored others seeking to undertake similar projects or trips in Rwanda, Zimbabwe and Tanzania.
