At the beginning of 2007, we acquired a house and garden on a corner plot on this residential, Northbourne road. We quickly obtained planning consent for a two-bed bungalow, to be built as a new neighbour to the existing property, based on our successful model at Saxonbury Road. The land was sold to a local contractor/developer on a joint venture basis and they completed the build before the end of the same year.
We’re always willing to consider alternative business models and partnerships where added benefits can be achieved for both parties. We retained the existing three-bedroom house and obtained consent for an extension to provide a fourth master bedroom and ensuite bathroom over a new integrated garage.
