This project was completed in April 2014, but started some 8 years before when we first walked the garden of the existing bungalow.

We negotiated the unconditional purchase of this large bungalow on a triangular site and rented the property out to professional tenants whilst we engaged with neighbouring properties.

Terms were agreed to buy a section of garden from a neighbour subject to us securing planning. After two refused planning applications, we finally secured planning on appeal in 2011 for three replacement properties. After another successful build partnership with Glossbrook Builders.
