With a professional career in property spanning 25 years , founded on a degree in Architecture, my aim has always been to focus on thoughtfully designed residential development and associated mixed uses, whether in my own right or on behalf of clients throughout the South.
I have provided consultancy services to key clients across the whole spectrum of development, as well as preparing financial viability studies to address affordable housing policies.
Since the early 1990’s my work has involved roles for housing associations, national house builders and regional developers.
I have had responsibility for strategic input on policy and funding, as well as leading the practical procurement of development opportunities from the identification of sites to the handover of completed dwellings.
I have always undertaken a combined role in land acquisition and the creation of housing, whether working for a regional property development and construction company based in Christchurch or a national housebuilder.
From 1998 to 2004 I was a voluntary Board Member for a Registered Social Landlord. I now sit on the Board of Directors of a local academy school as well as being a Trustee for two local charities.
